Abstract

The current era of technology allows all information to be obtained via the internet easily, including the use of social media to promote products, both home industry and manufacturers. In an era of very fast and continuous technological development in promotional media, many entrepreneurs take advantage of technology to introduce their products and promote widely in cyberspace.
The counseling on the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) provides insight into the use of the internet, especially social media as digital marketing and implementing ICT in increasing sales, especially emping products produced by craftsmen in Siten Hamlet, Sumbermulyo Village, Bambanglipuro District, Bantul so as to increase sales turnover. have an impact on improving the economy of the emping craftsmen.
The implementation of community service is carried out by extension methods, namely providing information on the benefits of ICT and conducting short training on using social media to promote products in cyberspace. The craftsmen can use social media as a means of promoting and selling emping, so that the promotion and sale of products is not only in their area, but can be widely spread outside their area.
