Abstract

The rapid development of technology and e-commerce requires businesses to change their promotion strategies. @HA Store is one of the SMEs that utilizes online marketing to increase store turnover. The owner of @HA Store still uses marketplaces such as Tokopedia and several social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp status, Facebook as promotional media. Reviews over the past two years show that today's online marketing platforms cannot increase store turnover because the market and social media have some limitations. The lack of detailed information, the sales reach that is still not wide, the occurrence of price wars between online business actors, and the profits obtained by business actors tend to be not too large due to price competition. Creating a sales website that can display all product catalogs is one solution to solve this problem. The addition of SEO features on the web helps promote the @HA Store store because the website can appear on the first page of the Google search engine. The results of this community service activity in addition to the formation of an e-commerce
web also increase the knowledge of shop owners in managing websites.
